Guest Policy
Artistry by Zimani Beauty Studio and Spa is an intimate space designed for scheduled clients only.
To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly request that you do not bring guests, including children, unless they are receiving services and accompanied by an aduult.

Deposit Policy
To secure an appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required and will be deducted from the total service amount.

Final Balance Policy
Artistry by Zimani Beauty Studio and Spa is a cashless establishment. We accept all major debit/credit cards and all services are subjectable to NY State Sales Tax.

Grooming Notice Policy
To achieve a flawless makeup application, please come with your eyebrows groomed (waxed or threaded) and remove any unwanted facial hair. For laser services, clients must shave the treatment area 24 hours prior to their appointment.

Food Policy
Personal snacks and beverages are not allowed in the studio suite.

Lateness Policy
Tardiness results in scheduling and service conflicts for you and other clients following your appointment. If the time of the original appointment exceeds 15 minutes, services may be reduced or the appointment will be cancelled; however, clients are still liable for the full service amount.

Travel Fee Policy
At the time of booking, please select the appropriate makeup travel fee add-on for location of service. Appointments made without the travel fee will be cancelled.

Early Call Policy
Appointments made during the hours of 12:00 am- 8:59 am will incur an additional fee of $30.00.
This does not apply to bridal services of any kind.

Rescheduling Policy
Appointments must be rescheduled 48 hours prior to your original appointment time. If your appointment is not rescheduled within that timeframe, an additional $30.00 will apply.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment time or you will be responsible for the full service amount.
